Access to MonPilote is free. Certain premium services (inspection, transport, COC) are paid. Users must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to use the service.
MonPilote aggregates listings from third-party sources. Vehicle prices, availability and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. MonPilote does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
The Score MonPilote is an algorithmic indicator calculated by artificial intelligence. It does not constitute purchasing advice. Users remain solely responsible for their purchasing decisions.
All website content (text, logos, algorithms, design) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
MonPilote acts as a technical intermediary. MonPilote shall not be held liable in the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, or in the event of inaccuracy in third-party data.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
