Introduced in 2004 and named after the legendary Milanese coachbuilder Sergio Scaglietti, the model carries a rich heritage — directly linked to the great Ferrari 2+2s of the fifties and sixties. Under the elongated hood, a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V12 engine produces 540 hp, coupled to an automatic transmission featuring F1-inspired shift logic. This 2006 example was delivered new in Germany and has since accumulated a verifiable mileage of 57,270 km, accompanied by the original, completed service booklets. Furthermore, the car is equipped with the rare HGTC factory package: carbon-ceramic brakes (CCM) with monoblock calipers, a sports exhaust producing a significantly fuller and more exotic V12 sound, modified F1 transmission software with faster shifting, specific suspension ECU tuning, and a stiffer chassis calibration — a configuration that raises eyebrows even among connoisseurs. The 612 Scaglietti is presented here in deep black Nero Daytona paintwork, a color that particularly accentuates the graceful Pininfarina lines of the bodywork. The long bonnet, the flowing roofline, and the wide hips give the car a timeless, almost sculptural appearance. The distinctive yellow brake calipers of the HGTC package adorn the 19-inch ball-polished modular wheels — a subtle yet effective sporty accent that sharply contrasts with the black exterior. Inside, the 612 opens up a completely different world: a lavish beige leather interior with black piping envelops driver and passenger in style. The sportily shaped, electrically adjustable seats with seat heating are meticulously upholstered, while the round vents on the dashboard, the steering wheel with the yellow Ferrari hub, and the distinctive yellow tachometer give the driving experience just that sporty character befitting this factory package. Climate control, rear parking sensors, and the beautifully finished center console complete an interior that is completely in its element both on the autobahn and on a Grand Tour through Europe.
