Hello, I am selling my 1997 VW T4 VR6 Caravelle, manual gearbox, 232,000 km, Tornado Red. Everything works perfectly, both mechanically and electrically. It is fitted with automatic air conditioning, cruise control, an electric sunroof, central locking, electric mirrors and a tow bar. Mechanically, everything has been thoroughly checked, and the following parts have been replaced, both as repairs and as preventive maintenance: • Timing chain kit • Spark plugs • Ignition harness • Various sensors • Various gaskets: exhaust and intake manifold gaskets, injector seals, valve cover gaskets, etc. • Water pump • Engine cooling fan • Accessory belt kit + tensioner pulleys • A/C recharge • Front and rear brake discs and pads • Oil and oil filter change with 5W-40 oil meeting the VW standard (LM Leichtlauf) • VCDS scan with zero faults, and engine ECU values within specification on a dynamic test drive Cosmetically, the bodywork has been restored and repainted. The chassis is sound, with only a few traces of superficial surface corrosion. The technical inspection has been passed and is recent.
