Zeer mooie vroege MGB uit 1967 met overdrive., Dit is de vroege versie met het Europese stalen dashboard, de meest gewilde van allemaal. Deze MGB is uitgevoerd in Tartan Red en is voorzien van prachtige Chrome spaakwielen. Het is een bijzonder nette, in het verleden gerestaureerd, zeer eerlijke, absoluut roestvrije en solide MGB . De naden zijn allen als nieuw en het lakwerk is uitermate netjes en strak. Onder de motorkap blinkt alles minstens misschien nog wel harder, alles is perfect onderhouden en zeer netjes. De techniek is in geweldige conditie, zeer goed onderhouden. De MG is voorzien van de originele motor, destijds geheel gereviseerd. De overdrive versnellingsbak is destijds uiteraard ook gereviseerd en is nog steeds in perfecte staat. Ongelofelijk, hij loopt zijdezacht met perfecte oliedruk en de versnellingsbak schakelt vlijmscherp. Een oliekoeler, elektrische koel vin, hoofdstroomschakelaar, rembekrachtiger, RVS uitlaat, elektronische ontsteking, K&N luchtfilters, aluminium kleppendeksel is een greep van de extra’s die gemonteerd zijn op deze zorgeloze klassieker. De auto heeft de originele lederen bekleding, prachtig met licht patina. Het stalen dashboard is beeldschoon, zeer netjes en alles werkt perfect, zoals het hoort. Er is een periode correcte radio gemonteerd. De MG heeft een zwarte vinyl softtop met rode afwerkbies en een zwart vinyl full tonneaucover. De vloerpanelen zijn voorzien van de zeldzame originele rubber vloermatten. De trimpanelen zijn allen in bijzonder goede staat. De auto heeft 5 spaakwielen, dus ook het reservewiel. Het Chrome rondom is zeer netjes, het kofferdeksel is uitgerust met een Chrome bagagerek. Hij heeft het originele klassieke drie spaaks stuur met prachtige MG-claxon unit. De auto is afgelopen jaar aangekocht bij een Nederlandse klassieker specialist voor een prijs die een stuk hoger lag, de verse taxatie van €30.000 zegt voldoende over de conditie van de MG. It is an exceptionally neat, historically restored, very honest, absolutely rust-free, and solid MGB. The seams are all like new, and the paintwork is extremely neat and sleek. Under the bonnet, everything shines at least as brightly as, perhaps even brighter; everything is perfectly maintained and very tidy. The mechanics are in great condition and very well maintained. The MG is equipped with the original engine, which was completely overhauled at the time. The overdrive gearbox was naturally also overhauled at the time and is still in perfect condition. Incredible, it runs silky smooth with perfect oil pressure, and the gearbox shifts razor-sharp. An oil cooler, electric cooling fan, main power switch, brake booster, stainless steel exhaust, electronic ignition, K&N air filters, and aluminum valve cover are just a few of the extras fitted to this carefree classic. The car has the original leather upholstery, beautiful with a light patina. The steel dashboard is gorgeous, very neat, and everything works perfectly, as it should. A period-correct radio has been fitted. The MG has a black vinyl soft top with red trim and a black vinyl full tonneau cover. The floor panels are fitted with the rare original rubber floor mats. The trim panels are all in particularly good condition. The car has 5-spoke wheels, including the spare wheel. The chrome all around is very neat; the trunk lid is equipped with a chrome luggage rack. It has the original classic three-spoke steering wheel with a beautiful MG horn unit. The car was purchased last year from a Dutch classic car specialist for a significantly higher price; the recent valuation of €30,000 speaks volumes about the condition of the MG.
