A sports project developed over the years. Due to the war, it was not fully completed, and the installed M54B30 engine is not registered on the vehicle's documents. The car is sold strictly as a PROJECT, intended for enthusiasts who know modified BMW E36s and understand what an engine swap involves, along with remaining work to be done. MAIN SPECIFICATIONS • Engine: BMW M54B30 (~220,000 km total). Installed at ~180,000 km and fully serviced prior to mounting. • Gearbox: ZF manual transmission. • Differential: Original BMW LSD (Limited Slip Differential). • Chassis/Body: ~330,000 km. • Wheels: Original 18” BMW Style 65 M5 E39 wheels (8.5J front / 9.5J rear). • Suspension/Handling: AC Schnitzer front strut bar, custom 4-point rear trunk reinforcement, revised steering rack, E46 power steering pump/rack, upgraded original M sway bars (thicker diameter), M-Tech front coilovers, stock rear shocks and springs. • Exhaust: Full stainless steel exhaust system, including split exhaust manifolds. • Interior: Custom lime green/black interior. • Security/Tech: StarLine alarm system with remote Start/Stop. • Condition: Drivable and roadworthy. ELECTRONICS / ECU TUNING • ECU remapped to match the exhaust and engine setup. • Estimated power: ~230–240 HP. • Custom map featuring pop & bang overrun. DEFECTS & WORK NEEDED I prefer to be fully transparent about everything that needs attention: • Gearbox: 2nd gear tends to pop out under heavy load. • Suspension/Drivetrain: Control arm bushings (silent blocks) and the driveshaft support bearing need checking/replacement. • Handbrake: Cable mounting/adjustment needs to be finalized. • Driver’s window: The mechanism is brand new, but the window guides need adjustment. • Steering wheel: Sports steering wheel installed without a slip ring/contact ring — horn is currently non-functional. • Brakes: Stock braking system. • Paperwork: The M54B30 engine does not match the engine number listed in the registration documents. • Bodywork: Overall solid frame/chassis, but shows normal signs of use and minor age-related cosmetic defects. THE PROJECT This is not a factory-stock E36, nor is it sold as a pristine show car. It is a project built over several years for personal use, heavily focused on mechanical performance and driving dynamics. The car drives, but requires finishing touches to bring it to its intended final standard. Ideal for anyone who knows E36s inside and out, understands M54 swaps, ZF gearboxes, and LSDs, and is looking for a heavily modified base to take further.
