Mercedes-Benz V 300

Caratteristiche

The V300d has a 2.0 litre turbodiesel with 239 ps and 500 Nm. The nine-speed automatic sends everything to the rear wheels. For a car weighing over two tonnes and stretching five metres, that is a surprisingly brisk combination, with a sprint to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. Fun fact: the engine in the V300d is a four-cylinder, not a six. The balance shafts and counterweights are tuned so finely that you would barely notice from behind the wheel.
