The Model E update introduced a significant torque increase to 412 Nm, a redesigned integrated aluminium intercooler for improved cooling and intake efficiency, revised catalytic converter and exhaust system for reduced back pressure, enlarged exhaust chamber, and yaw-rate sensor integration into the DCCD system for improved stability. Chassis refinements include a Spec C-derived front suspension geometry with increased caster, updated PCD114.3 hub specification for improved strength, reinforced steering gearbox mounting with larger rack diameter, underfloor aerodynamic covers, and aluminium lateral links for weight reduction. The result is the most complete and balanced version of the EJ20-powered GDB STi. This example is finished in WR Blue Mica (02C) with a blue and black interior and is equipped with the factory BBS gold forged 17-inch wheels — a sought-after manufacturer option. It has been tastefully upgraded with ZERO SPORTS coilovers and intake piping, a PROVA oil separator, and STi Genome gauges. A clutch replacement was completed at 58,346 km.
