Ferrari 360

Caracteristicas

With the 360, Ferrari took a major step forward in 1999: a full aluminium spaceframe, noticeably stiffer than that of the F355, and a mid engined Ferrari that is just as happy on a weekend away as on an early Sunday morning drive into the mountains. Behind you sits the naturally aspirated 3.6 litre V8 with 400 hp, an engine that only truly starts to sing as the needle climbs towards 8,500 rpm. The paddles behind the wheel send the F1 gearbox through the ratios, and in the Spider you hear every shift. Roof down, the V8 right behind your back. Exactly what this generation of Ferrari was made for. And then this specification. Grigio Alloy over Blu Scuro, with the beautiful Daytona seats and still entirely in its original paint. A stylish, less obvious combination that suits the 360 perfectly. Sporty, yet considerably more understated than the traditional Rosso Corsa. The provenance is right too. This 360 Spider has an extensive and well documented Swiss history, with its maintenance in trusted hands: the majority was carried out by Niki Hasler AG in Basel, a name with a strong reputation in the Ferrari world, supplemented by services at the official Ferrari dealer in Zug. In 2007 and 2010 it also received the Ferrari Power warranty, for which a car must first pass an inspection by an official Ferrari dealer. All books are present, complete in the original leather wallet. And for those who want to complete the picture, the original matching Ferrari luggage set is also available. The 360 is increasingly finding its place as a modern classic, and good, original examples with a special colour combination and documented history are becoming harder to find. That is exactly where this car stands out. This is also a VAT qualifying car, meaning VAT can be reclaimed by business buyers under the applicable conditions. See you in Doorn soon?
